Return Policy

Return Period
Physical products may be returned within fourteen (14) days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. Digital products may be eligible for refund within seven (7) days of purchase if the product has not been downloaded or accessed.
Eligible Items
Returns are accepted for the following reasons:
- Product received damaged or defective
- Incorrect product shipped
- Product does not match the description on our website
- Change of mind for unused physical products in original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return:
- Digital downloads that have been accessed or downloaded
- Products that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer
- Items returned without original packaging or proof of purchase

Include your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant photos if the product is damaged. We will respond within two business days with return instructions.
Return Shipping
For returns due to our error (wrong item, defective product), we will cover return shipping costs. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within five to ten business days to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund.
